Mamoiada. A Sardinian village in the heart of the Barbagia.

A pure Cannonau made from the winery's youngest vineyards. Fleshy and sunny, it bangs with fresh crispy notes that make it a particularly pleasant drop. It matches well white meats and medium-aged cheeses; also recommended with oily fish dishes.
