Mamoiada. A Sardinian village in the heart of the Barbagia.

A white wine obtained from the autochthonous grape Granazza, which in the past has traditionally been used to blend the Cannonau. Today the grape is vinified separately. Fermented and refined for a period of about eight months in barriques it shows a large structure and a delicate fruity bouquet. The palate is rich and juicy with light salty and mineral notes. It is best served with strong-flavoured fish dishes, cold cuts and mature cheese.
