This typical, 100% Cannonau from Mamoiada is obtained from grapes grown in our older vineyards and matured for 12 months in large barrels. It is a bright ruby-red Cannonau with aromas of plum, pomegranate and cherry. On the palate it is dry, fresh, tannic to the right degree and characterized by an elegant finish. An excellent wine with red meat from the barbecue and medium-mature cheese.
