Mamoiada. A Sardinian village in the heart of the Barbagia.

A pure Cannonau Reserve made from grapes grown in our 100-year-old vineyard, situated in an area of Mamoiada called Garaunele, at an altitude of 650 m.a.s.l. Its soil is composed of decayed granite and red clay. A garnet coloured, full-bodied wine with an intensive aroma of ripe fruit. After having matured for 24 months in large-sized barrels it continues refinement in bottle for another year. It pairs well with red meat, substantial meat dishes and mature cheese (for example Fiore Sardo D.O.P.).
