"It is a Cannonau to the intense ruby-red colour with light garnet reflexes. It has a long bouquet, extremely thin vanilla and spices scentes that not cover the cherry shade, typical of the vineyard. The flavour is expansive, velvet, soft, and fairly tannic. Perfect with read meats and game, seasonde cheeses."
