"It's a Cannonau obtained from a single 60 years old vineyard, located in Garaunele, in territory of Mamoiada. The vineyard lies 600 metres above sea level; the soil is a granite derivation, with several components of red clays. It's a corpulent and fruity wine; it will gain elegance along it's long life. Ideal with read meats and cheeses.
